Annette Nyland

Annette is committed to helping her clients during one of the most traumatic times of their lives. Her compassion and dedication to helping them understand our complicated legal system is what makes her stand out from the crowd.

Annette attended Osgoode Hall Law School where she obtained her law degree in 2006. She is focused on a resolution-based family law practice where litigation is the last resort. Her clients are her first priority.

Outside the office, Annette loves to be outside golfing, hiking or biking. She and her husband have four children and two dogs. Most days, the dogs run the house. Hockey is Annette’s favourite sport to watch and she also loves watching and playing soccer.

Annette is a current member of the Simcoe County’s Family Law Lawyer’s Association, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, Collaborative Practice Simcoe County, the Women’s Law Association of Ontario and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.
